Enterprise Systems Liaison
Serve across supply chain, procurement, IT, and warehouse operations by aligning business processes, data flows, and technology platforms including PeopleSoft, Oracle Analytics Server, and site-developed systems.
Analytics & KPI Visibility
Analyze supply chain and logistics data using OAS and Power BI to build dashboards and visualizations that surface KPIs, identify root causes, and support data-informed decisions.
System Enhancements
Support system updates and enhancements across enterprise platforms while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep cross-system operations moving.
Infrastructure Support
Manage technology infrastructure for a large-scale federal site, including network configuration, device management, system access provisioning, and cross-platform integration support.
